THE DETAILS
The house is available for weekend getaways and week-long retreats.
Fresh linens, towels, broadband internet access, VOD with all movie channels, and free domestic long distance calling are included.
The security deposit is $400 for weekend and weekly rentals and 30% for longer rentals and is required to reserve the house.
The full amount of the rental is required two weeks prior to occupancy.
Cancellations will have a full refund if they are received at least 30 days prior to the start of the rental.
After the 30-day period we will retain 100% of the total security deposit if we are unable to rent the house for the full reserved period.
An $80 cash cleaning fee must be left at the house at the end of the rental.

Up to 5 person occupancy (queen bed, full bed, couch, as well as an inflatable for sleeping on the summer porch)
Regular weekends............$350/night
Holiday weekends............$375/night (3 night min)
Premium holidays............$400/night (4 night min)
Extra nights (regular).......$200/night
Extra nights (summer).....$250/night
Week rate................As above, with one night free*
Holiday rates cover Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Columbus Day.
Premium holidays are Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
During the Woodstock Film Festival (9/28-10/2) the house is available for a flat rate of $2000 for the week.
Summer rates in 2006 apply from 5/26 to 9/10.
* One free night weekly discount does not apply to Saturday-to-Saturday rentals.
