The Summer Porch

THE DETAILS
The house is available for weekend getaways and week-long retreats.
Fresh linens, towels, broadband internet access, VOD with all movie channels, and free domestic long distance calling are included.
The security deposit is $400 for weekend and weekly rentals and 30% for longer rentals and is required to reserve the house.
The full amount of the rental is required two weeks prior to occupancy.
Cancellations will have a full refund if they are received at least 30 days prior to the start of the rental.
After the 30-day period we will retain 100% of the total security deposit if we are unable to rent the house for the full reserved period.
A $100 cash cleaning fee must be left at the house at the end of the rental.
